Safeguarding
We want to make sure that CLH is a safe space for everyone and that we help other organisations build up robust safeguarding systems.
We view safeguarding as a holistic approach to everything we do. Every decision we make has to align with our value of being a safe space to learn and connect. This starts with investing signifiant funds into creating a safe space (from providing clean sanitation facilities and drinking water to ensuring the space is hazard free), to having clear safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures that are backed by regular training and resources.
Given the wealth of experience that Subilo brings to the team, we are also working on collaborations with other organisations to support them in their safeguarding journey.
